Song of the Celtic Stones

Deborah L. Gonzalez

A love that defies time.

A destiny written in stone.

While traveling alone in the charming village of Zafra, Spain, Spanish teacher and artist Maryann discovers more than she expected—an ancient castle and a mystery that will alter the course of her life. Troubled by vivid dreams of a seventeenth-century nobleman and strange blackouts whenever she paints the castle, she feels an irresistible pull toward two weathered Celtic stone pillars half-buried in the earth.

One touch sends her spiraling through time.

Maryann awakens in the early 1600s, a world of corsets, candlelight, and rigid expectations. There she meets the man from her dreams—Lord Rodrigo. Their connection is instant, but their love is anything but simple. Rodrigo is promised to the ambitious and manipulative Lady Magdalena, whose determination to secure her future knows no limits. As intrigue and danger close in, Maryann must learn to survive in a world where betrayal lurks behind every courtly smile.

Then, just as suddenly as she arrived, the Celtic stones return her to the present.

Back in modern-day Spain, Maryann finds herself alone—and carrying Rodrigo’s child. Refusing to lose her again, Rodrigo searches desperately for a way across centuries. With the help of a modern descendant, he has only twenty-four hours to defy time itself and reunite with the woman he loves.

Song of the Celtic Stones is a sweeping tale of passion, destiny, and a love powerful enough to bridge the centuries.
